Smoked Fish, Green Bean & Potato Salad with Horseradish Dressing
400g Coromandel Smoking Co Trevally, Makerel or Tuna
Flake the fish. Scrub or peel the potatoes, cut in half and cook in boiling salted water. Set the potatoes aside to cool. Trim the green beans, blanch them in boiling water and refresh in iced water.
Combine the smoked fish, potatoes and green beans in a bowl with the cherry tomatoes.
To make the dressing, place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Toss through the salad
